Novotron 502 remote controls do not have a copy function. It is therefore not possible to program it from another remote control. They are programmed directly from the motorisation.

Warning: This transmitter is not a universal remote control. It is only compatible with Novoferm / TORMATIC 433.92 MHz accessories to control your garage door opener.

Guide to programming your remote control :

Step 1. Open the cover of your motorisation, then press the oval button to see the number "1" appear on the display, or press the oval button twice to see the number "2" appear. The number "1" is used to programme the raising and lowering of your door, while the number "2" is used to programme the lighting.
Step 2. Hold down the button you wish to program on your new remote control for 2 seconds. The LED on your receiver will flash.
Step 3. When you have finished programming your Novotron 502 remote control(s), press the oval button on the motorisation until the number "0" appears.

Is it possible to programme the remote control if I'm a tenant?

If you live in a condominium, you may not be able to programme the remote control yourself for security reasons. We recommend that you contact your property manager for more information before you buy.
