Most Nice remotes will gradually be replaced by this new range, featuring a design similar to the INTI model and improved overall performance. This new version is also available in 868.46 MHz and can be identified by its blue color, identical to the now-discontinued ONE FM series.

Compatibility and Associated Receivers

The MYGO FM model replaces the ONE FM models: (ON1EFM, ON2EFM, and ON4EFM).

It is also compatible with the Yubii ecosystem and the MyNice Pro app.

Important: If you are a tenant, please be aware that registering a new remote control may require prior authorization from your property manager or landlord. Some automation systems require specific validation to add a new transmitter. Remote Control Programming Guide

The Nice MYGO2FM remote control is easy to program. Here are the steps to add it to your receiver:

  1. Access the receiver: Open the FM receiver box near your automation system.
  2. Put the receiver in programming mode: Hold down the receiver's programming button until the LED starts flashing.
  3. Program the remote: Briefly press one of the buttons on the remote until the receiver LED flashes rapidly, confirming registration.
  4. Test the remote: Press a button to verify your new transmitter is working correctly.

What is the manufacturer’s warranty?

The manufacturer’s warranty covers exclusively original manufacturing defects (materials, assembly, components). After inspection, the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace the product if a factory defect is confirmed, in accordance with its own procedures.

Cases not covered by the warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  1. Poor maintenance, abnormal use, or failure to follow the instructions for use.
  2. Improper installation (incorrect wiring, incompatibility, lack of a professional when required).
  3. External damage: shocks, drops, breakage, oxidation, liquid, corrosion, infestation, fire, flooding, power surge/lightning, unsuitable environment.
  4. Normal wear and tear and consumables (batteries, wear parts, accessories).
  5. Unauthorized modifications or repairs, opening the product without approval, non-original parts.
  6. Altered, removed or unreadable serial number.
  7. Cosmetic defects that do not affect operation (scratches, scuffs, yellowing).

Warranty claims are handled exclusively under the conditions set by the manufacturer and require a product inspection (testing, diagnostics, visual check, etc.). If the manufacturer accepts the warranty claim, Domobip will reimburse you for the shipping costs of sending the defective product to the manufacturer (upon presentation of proof, according to current rates and conditions). In case of warranty refusal, transport, inspection, or return costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to spare parts or second-hand products.
