⚠️ Warning: The TXP‑433‑A02 (black casing, 433 MHz frequency) is not compatible, even though it looks identical.

Notice for Tenants

Remote Control Programming Guide

Pairing the TXP‑868‑A02 is done directly on the receiver. Follow these standard steps:

  1. Access the receiver: Open the automation housing and locate the receiver (usually marked Teleco).
  2. Enter learning mode: Press and hold the “PROG” or “LEARN” button until the LED begins to flash.
  3. Pair the remote: Press the desired button on the remote until the receiver’s LED flashes rapidly.
  4. Test the functionality: Close the housing and test the automation with the remote.

What is the manufacturer’s warranty?

The manufacturer’s warranty covers exclusively original manufacturing defects (materials, assembly, components). After inspection, the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace the product if a factory defect is confirmed, in accordance with its own procedures.

Cases not covered by the warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  1. Poor maintenance, abnormal use, or failure to follow the instructions for use.
  2. Improper installation (incorrect wiring, incompatibility, lack of a professional when required).
  3. External damage: shocks, drops, breakage, oxidation, liquid, corrosion, infestation, fire, flooding, power surge/lightning, unsuitable environment.
  4. Normal wear and tear and consumables (batteries, wear parts, accessories).
  5. Unauthorized modifications or repairs, opening the product without approval, non-original parts.
  6. Altered, removed or unreadable serial number.
  7. Cosmetic defects that do not affect operation (scratches, scuffs, yellowing).
